La trattativa riguarda l’acquisizione dell’Elite Dental Lab e lo sviluppo di laboratori dentali specializzati e del centro medico di Vilafortuny (Dubai) che offre un’ampia gamma di servizi di chirurgia laser estetica, plastica, medica, aeronautica e ad alta tecnologia per fornire ai pazienti cure odontoiatriche e cosmetiche centrate. Vilafortuny è l’unica clinica Digital Smile Design (DSD) in Medio Oriente e serve numerosi studi negli Emirati Arabi Uniti e a livello internazionale, con un laboratorio digitale a servizio completo e un team Cadcam.
Quattro le fasi del progetto: il completamento della piena ottimizzazione del Laboratorio Medico, Formativo e Odontotecnico Vilafortuny, l’espansione del concept in nuove iniziative negli Emirati, l’apertura di un centro di sviluppo infantile specializzato ad Abu Dhabi per i bambini con bisogni educativi speciali e infine apertura di una nuova clinica medica e acquisizione di una esistente.
Il valore totale della transazione è di circa 25 milioni di dollari.
