The law firm Avocom Law Firm llp assisted Strong Shield Construction Company Ltd, based in Erbil – Nilsan, Republic of Iraq, in the negotiations for a project finance by the investment company Citic Holding IF Group.
The project, worth 25 million dollars, concerns the construction of the Life Hospital in the city of Kirkuk, the new private hospital to provide all various types of health services to the population of the capital of the governorate of Erbil and the region of Iraqi Kurdistan and of neighboring governorates with affordable, high-quality costs aligned with residents’ income levels. The hospital will provide key therapeutic medical services which include emergency cases, small, medium and large scale surgery, family medicine clinic and diagnostic services (radiography, laboratory and pharmacy), patient accommodation services along with other medical services.
